Terms & Conditions of Membership
Statutory operational rules, directory confidentiality standards, and acceptable use guidelines governing the NAFCJOMP digital portal.
1. Non-Commercial & No-Service Provision Disclaimer
The Nigerian Association of Family Court Judicial Officers, Magistrates, and Practitioners (NAFCJOMP) is a non-profit professional association formed to advance juvenile jurisprudence, child justice administration, and institutional synergy under the Child Rights Act (2003).
Notice to General Users & Public:
NAFCJOMP does NOT provide commercial services, private legal counseling, or retail consumer offerings. This platform functions solely as an accredited national roll, member coordination network, seminar schedule repository, and judicial welfare portal for qualified judicial officers and practitioners.
2. Membership Roll Accreditation & Vetting Lifecycle
Membership on the official NAFCJOMP roll is restricted to qualifying practitioners in the child justice ecosystem:
- Superior Court Judges (High Court, Sharia & Customary Court of Appeal).
- Family Court, Chief, and Senior Magistrates across all 36 States & the FCT.
- Directors of Public Prosecution (DPP) and Ministry of Justice State Counsel.
- Ministries of Women Affairs & Social Development officials.
- FIDA Nigeria leaders, child rights litigation advocates, and accredited correctional diversion officers.
- Verification Pending: Registration has been logged and is awaiting scrutiny by the National Secretariat Vetting Panel. Directory contact channels remain locked.
- Declined / Re-registration Required: Applications with incomplete credentials or non-conforming photos are rejected with a reason code. Applicants are permitted and prompted to revise and re-submit.
- Verified / Official Member: Accords formal admission into the Association, issuance of an official membership number (e.g.
NAF-2026-XXXX), directory contact access, and admission to the WhatsApp Community.
3. Directory Data Confidentiality & Anti-Scraping Agreement
Contact information (WhatsApp links, direct telephone numbers, official email inboxes) displayed in the Accredited Member Directory is classified association work product:
- Members agree to utilize peer contact channels solely for legitimate professional collaboration, juvenile justice coordination, and association affairs.
- Commercial marketing, political solicitation, data mining, automated harvesting, and unauthorized transmission of peer contact info are strictly forbidden.
- Breach of this confidentiality agreement will lead to permanent expulsion from the Association and disciplinary notification to relevant judicial councils or bar associations.
4. WhatsApp Community Network Governance
The NAFCJOMP WhatsApp Community group, join buttons, and dynamic QR codes are proprietary and confidential:
- Entry is restricted exclusively to vetted, accredited members in good standing.
- Sharing the group link, invite code, or QR code with unvetted third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Members must maintain exemplary judicial decorum and adhere to statutory standards under the Child Rights Act within the community exchange.
5. Administrative Security & Subdomain Routing
All secretariat administration interfaces are isolated from general web traffic and routed through admin.nafcjomp.org. Any unauthorized attempts to probe, bypass middleware firewalls, or access administration endpoints will result in automatic IP blocking and security logging.
